Rooms
The hotel offers 41 Deluxe rooms and suites, on single and double occupancy basis. The rooms are airy and have natural light filtering into them. The Deluxe room is well equipped with a satellite television, telephone, tea/coffee maker, mini bar and a hair dryer. The washroom is big with a shower area and hot and cold water. The Suite is much bigger in size and designed in a manner, such that the living area and bed area are totally segregated from each other. The living area has a sofa set and a centre table, while the bedroom is the same as the Deluxe room. Additional facilities in the Suite bedroom include an exercise bicycle and an iron and ironing board. The washroom is big and has a bathtub. All rooms enjoy the facility of 24 hours room service as well.

Dining
Dining facilities at Hotel Ritz Plaza include Ranjit's, a multi cuisine restaurant and the well stocked Polaris Bar. The Ranjit's is done in bright furnishings and has one side facing the pool. The seating capacity at Ranjit's is over 100 persons. There is a small seating arrangement by the pool, in a small garden. In the evenings, this is a nice place to enjoy your cup of tea. The Polaris Bar is small and dim-lit with a bar counter. The bar offers both domestic and international liquor.

Facilities
Hotel Ritz Plaza has a conference hall, which can accommodate up to 200 guests while the outdoor venue Piazza is large enough to host events for up to 1000 guests. Other facilities available at the hotel include a swimming pool, currency exchange, gymnasium, beautician (on call), car rental facility, guide service, business centre, safe deposit lockers, and travel desk, doctor on call and laundry service.
